Joe Plaster is in his first season an assistant coach with the Willamette men's soccer team in 2019. Prior to joining the coach staff, Plaster was a student-athlete and men's soccer player for the Bearcats during the 2015 through 2018 seasons. He graduated from Willamette in the spring of 2019 with a bachelor's degree and a major in Economics.
