Kayla Hari is in her second season as an assistant coach with the Bearcats in 2019. She graduated from Willamette in 2017 with a major in Exercise Science after pitching for the Bearcats for four seasons.
Hari saw action in 55 games during her career. She started four games and made 51 relief appearances. She played in 17 games in both 2016 and 2017, and competed in 16 games in 2014. She pitched a total of 117 1/3 innings as a Bearcat. Hari also earned two putouts and 34 assists with just one error on defense for a .973 career fielding percentage.
Prior to playing at Willamette, Hari competed on the softball team at nearby Blanchet Catholic High School. Also participated in soccer and basketball in high school. She contributed to Blanchet winning a State Championship in softball in 2012. Hari was named First Team All-State and First Team All-League as a pitcher.
