Snyder has been working on an interim basis in administrative support within Athletics for nearly a year. She graduated from Willamette in the spring of 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science.
"It is great to have Kelli on our staff," Head Softball Coach Damian Williams said. "As a student-athlete she was vital to the success of our program and I am excited that she will have the same impact as a coach."
As a softball catcher for the Bearcats, Snyder was an outstanding contributor to the team. She was named Third Team All-West Region as a senior in 2013 after leading the Bearcats with a .436 batting average, .532 on-base percentage, .653 slugging percentage, 44 hits and 13 doubles.
