Willamette to Participate at Row for the Cure on Sept. 28
SALEM, ORE. -- The Willamette University women's rowing team will be competing at Row for the Cure on Sunday, Sept. 28. The regatta will be held on the Willamette River in Portland, Ore., and will benefit the Susan B. Komen Foundation.

SALEM, ORE. -- The Willamette University women's rowing team will be competing at Row for the Cure on Sunday, Sept. 28. The regatta will be held on the Willamette River in Portland, Ore., and will benefit the Susan B. Komen Foundation.
Willamette and other area college and club teams are competing to be among the top fund raisers for this event. The Bearcats hope you will go the link at the right and provide an on-line donation that will be credited to Willamette's team entry.
"Willamette University crew is excited and honored to be participating in the Row for the Cure," Head Coach Reba Knickerbocker said. "While we row for competition as a collegiate crew, we also row in this regatta to remember those who battled against breast cancer, those that are battling still and those that have survived the battle."
