Everyone PR's at Linfield's George Oja
Mia Koernig led the team to a 14 place finish.
The Willamette University women's cross country team showcased a strong performance at the Linfield George Oja Cross Country Invitational, with all six competing Bearcats achieving new personal records (PRs). The team's success was highlighted by a solid effort across the board, particularly from a talented trio of first-years. The women finished 14th in the team standings.
First-year runner Mia Koernig (Fr.) led the way for the Bearcats, posting the team's best finish. Koernig crossed the line in 57th place with a time of 22:27.60. Senior Anna Bikle (Sr.) followed closely behind, running a strong race to secure 76th place with a time of 22:40.20. Another first-year, Ada Boyd (Fr.), rounded out the team's top three finishers, earning 85th place with a new PR of 22:54.70.
